Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera holds American citizenship and was born under the Leo sign on the 15th of August, 1994. Her profession being a model for fitness has become very well-known. Ashley isn't very open about her parents. However she does credit her grandfather for being the person that inspired her to start working to get fit. Her grandfather was an avid bodybuilder as he lived in his 20s-30s. Ashley was always active. When she was 4, she began to swim, and continued doing it for about 10 years. It is believed that Ashley was a participant in various contests. She did not put in the time because she didn't want to adhere to strict diet guidelines so that her body would function at the best it could. While she enjoyed some popularity in her teenage years, mostly due to her attractive appearance and curves We don't exactly know who was with her during this phase. Ashley was accepted into college and made the decision that she would not enroll in university. She instead, Ashley focused her energy towards a job as a fitness-model. Ashley was only 15 when she became unhappy with her physical appearance. Her grandpa who advised her to join the fitness center. He encouraged her to go slowly and work on her body slowly. Ashley went to the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014, and finished 7th. The victory was a source of inspiration for her and she trained harder. When she took fifth place in the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley decided to stop competing. There were offers to do photos while playing, but she wasn't looking to mix her careers however after she had stopped competing, she decided to become an exercise model. An acclaimed fitness magazine published her as a cover model, which immediately launched the career path of fitness models. Since then, she has been a sought-after model. She has appeared in a variety of bikinis and clothing businesses and was published in the front cover of a renowned fitness magazine.
